b. These surveys allow homeowners to gain insight including details about the contractor’s pricing, quality of work, time spent on site, communication, reliability and more. - Homeowners Get Quotes from the GC’s They Like the Most:
a. After reviewing the survey details, homeowners can select up to 5 contractors to get quotes from. - Quote Review (Optional):
a. Together with the homeowner, we review the quotes and compare line item by line item to make sure that they cover the homeowners needs fully and the differences in pricing are completely understood. - Meet With the Contractors and Sign:
a. Meetings are held with the preferred GCs so the homeowner can get to know them better and decide on the best fit for the project.
